SCOPE OF WORK:
As part of the commercial stage of Bandar Puchong Jaya, IOI Mall is the regional mega shopping mall of the Klang Valley.
Built on a 17 acres of land, the Mall has a built-up area of more than a million square feet over four floors, housing comprehensive shopping facilities, state of the art cineplexes, fast-food outlets, a bowling alley, restaurants, a large departmental store and a roof top carpark.
LTE ENGINEERS was appointed as the main civil and structural engineering consultant for the development.
The structural system comprises of prestressed beam-slab on reinforced concrete columns resting on a driven reinforced concrete piled foundation.
