STEEL STORAGE TANKS

SCOPE OF WORK:
Eastman Chemicals intend to build a total of 21 cone roof tanks wih diameters ranging from 60 ft to 120 ft. within their plant located in Kuantan. The tanks are to be used for storage of various types of liquids, ranging from waste water, firewater and various petrochemicals some of which will be pressurized.
The turnkey contractor for Eastman is Foster Wheeler who has appointed LTE ENGINEERS to be their civil and structural engineer.
Seven numbers of the tanks will be made of stainless steel material whilst the remaining tanks will be of carbon steel.
The design is based on API 650 specifications.
