SCOPE OF WORK:

To provide engineering and project management consultancy services for the proposed construction of 18km Rural Road from

1. Perasing Jaya to Lebuhraya Jerangau - Jabor, Kemaman, Terengganu, and
    
2. Peraing Jaya to Felda Neram, Kemaman, Terengganu.

The overall scope of works for the consultancy services includes all technical investigations, engineering surveys and design, preparations of tender dcuments and technical specifications, setting out of longitudinal and cross-sectional road profiles.

In detail, the consultancy services cover all of the following areas:

1. Topographic, hydrological and geological surveys,
    
2. Site investigations, including soil and materials analysis,
    
3. Survey works for road design and construction, quantity takeoff road and border markings, land acquisitions, longitudinal and cross sectional profile markings.
    
4. Engineering design, including preparation of tender and construction drawings as per LKTT/JKR specifications, which includes land reserved to be acquired.
    
5. Cost estimation, by preparing the bill of quantity for construction purposes, taking into account the contemporary costs for the total construction cost estimation.
    
6. Tender and contract documentation as per JKR works specifications.
