SCOPE OF WORK:
A mega project by the IOI Group located within the commercial centre of Bandar Puchong Jaya. The IOI Corporate Park (Phase 1) is a 7-storey business park with 2 levels of basement car parks, housing offices and retail space covering a total built-up area of three quarter million square feet.
LTE ENGINEERS was appointed as the main civil and structural engineering consultant for the development.
The building's structural system was based on the conventional beam - slab - column system resting on driven reinforced concrete piled foundation.
A temporary sheet piled wall with ground anchors was employed during the construction of the sub-structural works.
LTE ENGINEERS is also involved in the second phase of this development which includes a 34 storey office block which is currently at planning stage.
