SCOPE OF WORK:
Palm Garden Condominium project, located at the Palm Garden Golf Resorts, Putra Jaya, is being developed by Pine Properties Sdn Bhd.
It comprises a mixture of highrise, (up to 17 storeys), medium rise (up to 9 storeys) and lowrise (2 storeys), housing a total of 600 luxury condominium units complete with covered carparks, swimming pools and gazebos.
LTE ENGINEERS was appointed as the civil and structural engineering consultant. The Phase 1 (198 units) buildings are reinforced concrete structures founded on bore piles and precast driven concrete piles for highrise and medium rise respectively to achieve cost effectiveness.
Detailed design for Phase II is pending approval of the building plans.
